Oumie Ella Njai (sole proprietorship/enskild firma) is the registered company name of Hair and Ella at the Swedish Tax office (Skatteverket) in Sweden. On this site the company will be referred to as “Hair and Ella”, “the website” or “We”. 

We aim to provide you with an excellent shopping experience. These terms & conditions apply to all sales that are made through www.hairandella.com. We’ll be glad to help you with concerns or questions that you have regarding our terms and conditions. In case of violation of the terms and condition that applies to www.hairandella.com kindly report any violations by emailing info (at) hairandella.com.

No waiver or modification of these terms & conditions shall be effective, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative from Hair and Ella. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the Swedish Police.
